Complimentary Factory Tours: Holiday Open House

Experience Rookwood’s craftsmanship firsthand with a guided tour of our Cincinnati factory. Once a year, during our annual Holiday Open House, we offer complimentary guided factory tours—a chance to learn about the process behind our handcrafted pottery and tile, and the history of Rookwood, made in Cincinnati since 1880.

Location: Our facility is located at 1920 Race Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202 in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood and borders Cincinnati’s historic Findlay Market.  

Duration: Approximately 1 hour  

Please Note: This is a live working factory tour. Closed-toe shoes are required. We will cover a large footprint of our facility during this tour, and we do our best to accommodate those with mobility limitations, including elevator access.
